Madrid, 20 August 2026.- Measnet is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH, organizer of WindEnergy Hamburg, through which it becomes an official supporting association of the exhibition.
This partnership marks an important step in strengthening Measnet’s visibility and engagement within the global renewable energy sector. As a supporting association, Measnet looks forward to contributing to one of the industry’s most influential international meeting points and fostering closer exchanges with stakeholders across the wind energy value chain.
WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 will take place from 22 to 25 September 2026 in Hamburg, Germany. Recognized as one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the wind industry, the event brings together thousands of professionals, decision-makers, technology providers, researchers, and investors from around the globe. Covering the entire onshore and offshore wind value chain, it serves as a key platform for innovation, business development, networking, and discussions on the future of renewable energy.

Measnet, International Network of Wind Energy Measurement Organizations, is a non-profit organization for accredited testing and technical service providers in the field of wind energy. Founded in 1997, its goal is to ensure the highest quality measurements, uniform interpretation of standards and recommendations, as well as interchangeability of results.
It currently counts 30 members, all of them among the globally leading technical wind energy laboratories from Australia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, P.R. China, Spain, The Netherlands, Türkiye, The United Kingdom, and The United States.
Since 2015, we have been collaborating with IECRE as exclusive Proficiency Tests provider for the wind sector in accordance with its regulations. In addition, the A-Liaison signed with the IEC TC 88 group in 2019 allows us to promote technology transfer and speed up the development of technical guidelines on wind measurements.
