Expert Groups
Remote Sensing
For now, this is an unofficial ExG, meaning that only laboratories that are already members of Measnet can join it.
The Remote Sensing Expert Group connects the member laboratories to exchange technical experience and ensure the technical consistency in remote sensing within the wind energy sector.
Main areas of activity
- Focused on the remote sensing technology and its application in wind sector.
- Remote sensing device verification and classification.
- Development of the remote sensing related Measnet procedure.
- Interpretation and implementation of remote sensing relevant IEC standards.
- Support to Measnet proficiency test activities related to remote sensing.
- Contribution to clarification sheets and technical recommendations.
