Copy of the valid ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation(s).
IECRE valid membership certificate and assessment report (if applies).
CVs of the team working in the areas where your company is applying for.
Document of "Privacy policy for personal data in CVs" filled in and signed by each person whose CV is attached to the application.
If you apply for the Wind Sensor Calibration area: list of applied anemometer calibration procedures.
Any other documents to support your application.
